At Ruby Brews, our mission is simple: Good Coffee. Good News. Great coffee should be both a craft and a calling. We roast with care, striving for excellence in every batch and educating our community on what makes truly good coffee.
Our vision goes beyond the cup. We dedicate 10% of our profits to organizations that reflect Christian values of service and sharing the good news.
Our Story
Ruby Brews began as a simple idea fueled by a love of specialty coffee and a desire to create something meaningful. Today, we’re growing into a full roasting company and a drive-thru location opening in 2026. The name “Ruby,” our daughter, reflects what’s precious, joyous, and lasting—qualities we want in every cup we serve.
