Ruby Brews began with a love for specialty coffee and a desire to create something meaningful. What started as a garage roaster project is growing into a full roasting company with farmers market offerings and a drive-thru location on the horizon.

The name “Ruby”, our daughter, reflects what’s precious, rich, and lasting — qualities we want in every cup we serve.
